Trupti stepped into leadership as principal in 2020, with continued focus on the muti-family residential projects for the firm – and whatever challenging, complex, and intricate projects. She has a skillful ability to manage projects from initial design concept through completion, making her a valuable leader for the firm.

With 10 years of experience in architecture and project management, Trupti brings a passion for community and her trade that is centered on teaching and creating architecture through her professional pursuits. Her outlook on the dynamic relationships between architecture, design, and education is a perfect complement to our core values as an organization and our vision in support of cultivating community.

Trupti understands the importance of assisting junior staff in growing in their roles and providing them opportunities to excel.  She has a strong work ethic that comes from being raised by hardworking immigrants. Because of this, she sets a strong precedence for those she mentors, whether they are in the architecture industry or not. M.W. Steele is thrilled to be a part of her growing career.
