Working with the prime consultant, Dyett Bhatia, MW Steele Group assisted the City of Fresno with envisioning, evaluating, and proposing urban form concepts for this Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant project. Project included extensive community outreach program, and quantitative analysis of policy and design alternatives.
