SEAHAUS

Seahaus is a mixed-use project that incorporates ground floor retail space, a community room, and 138 luxury condominiums in a series of two- and three-story buildings. The four acre site is located only blocks from the Pacific Ocean within a La Jolla, CA community with considerable ocean view opportunities. The challenge of this project was to simultaneously accomplish the development objectives of the client, address the needs of the tight-knit surrounding community, and to respect and emphasize the natural character and beauty of the site.
