NTC LIBERTY STATION

Conversion and adaptive reuse of the Naval Training Center to an award-winning mixed-use commercial and Residential village. With Public/Private partnership (P3) between the City of San Diego and the Corky McMillin Company. An extensive community outreach program assisted in creative collaboration of balanced preservation and adaptive re-use of existing historic structures with an increase in density and a combination of mixed-use features such as restaurants and retail uses.
