GEORGE'S TERRACE

M.W. Steele Group completed George’s at the Cove Ocean View rooftop terrace expansion in the summer of 2016. Located in the newly renovated 1250 Prospect Street commercial center, the project resulted in 800 additional square feet of new dining and bar space.
The expansion sits elevated over an adjacent, existing roof that was being used as a rooftop mechanical yard. By relocating and screening the equipment we were able to expand the terrace and take advantage of the unique views of the La Jolla Cove.
