DOWNTOWN EAST PLANNING STUDY

Under contract to the City of Hanford, M.W. Steele Group developed a plan for the re-development of an underutilized and largely vacant area of Downtown Hanford.
The plan is oriented to the actions necessary to stimulate development activity resulting in a mixed-use, vibrant neighborhood of retail, entertainment, residential, office and service uses.
Extensive community outreach was at the core of this process, resulting in a community that is strongly behind the plan and its implementation.
