CARDIFF BY THE SEA SPECIFIC PLAN

A vision and Specific Plan was created for the future development of Cardiff’s Business District. The Specific Plan reinforces the eclectic charm of Cardiff’s cherished downtown, while identifying key recommendations for stimulating and revitalizing the area and providing standards and recommendations for design. For the City, the Specific Plan itself is considered the principal implementation tool for evaluating the acceptability of development.
