The Residences at East Hills will be an 81-unit affordable residential community proposed to serve veterans and their families. The buildings and unit design focus on efficiency and functionality for families. The buildings are separated into three sections by breezeways, allowing for ample light and cross ventilation. All buildings are 2-stories with second story stair access. The 1,750 SF community building and several outdoor recreation areas are a part of the overall community design.
