The Paseo Artist Village site is a mixed-use development that will include 60 income restricted apartments (artist preference) ranging from 1-3 bedroom options. Amenities for the development will include resident space, a leasing office, computer lab, community room with kitchen, laundromat, patio and tot lot. There will be additional space dedicated towards retail. The Paseo Artist Village will feature Community HousingWorks' nationally recognized resident services, including an after school program, running readers, financial fitness education and VALOR scholarships.
