22nd Street Lofts is an affordable housing development for seniors, age 62 and older. Located on an infill site in the heart of downtown Bakersfield, the project aims to serve the vulnerable population of seniors by providing housing in the up and coming area. The building provides 20 one-bedroom apartments as well as community amenity spaces such as a community room with computer stations, fitness room and laundry facilities.
