Nobel Court
Nobel Court is a 5 acre multi-family residential project in North University City. The development consists of 685 apartment units in seven buildings of three and four stories, all of which are constructed over subterranean parking. MW Steele Group provided complete master planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and construction documents for this high-density urban housing development in a rapidly growing sector of San Diego. The design solution utilizes a system of interconnected landscaped courtyards which provide shared open space and resident amenities.
