La Cima apartments
MW Steele Group provided overall master planning, architectural design, landscape architecture and construction documents for this complex of 514 apartments in North University City.
The project is situated on a 15.6-arce site and consists of two and three-stroy structures constructed above subterranean parking structures. While the buildings themselves are straightforward and economical in character, they are carefully organized around secluded courtyards which are heavily landscaped, providing quiet common areas and recreational amenities for residents.
