The Cove @ San Diego Bay
The Cove @ San Diego Bay is a proposed 16 story mixed-use tower located in the heart of National City, California. This project, along with the anticipated full block developments adjacent to this site, will create an urban dynamic not yet realized here. Street edges will be activated by the residential lobby, the townhome entry stoops along side streets and commercial/retail uses along the boulevard.
This 220-unit residential condominium complex will have commanding views of downtown San Diego and the bay and provide predominantly 1 and 2-bedroom units for first-time homebuyers. Amenities will include an internal courtyard space with swimming pool and barbeque, fitness center, and several accessible roof terraces.
