MW Steele Group designed this 11 unit infill apartment complex to maximize the advantages of its unique location in uptown San Diego adjacent to Balboa Park. Walk-up entries give street-level townhomes an urban character with individualized presence. A garden entry court provides access to all apartments and a single level of underground parking. Private patios and views to the park are incorporated into the design of all units, along with the amenity of a common roof deck. Double-height fourth floor units enjoy additional loft spaces and private roof decks.
