This mixed use project incorporates the majority of an urban block in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego.
1Mission-Phase 2 provides a public pedestrian paseo through the site, 5,300 SF of retail space, 61 market-rate condominiums, and two levels of subterranean parking for the entire site. Townhouses with entry porches and additional commercial storefronts on the public sidewalk reinforce the historic traditional plan of the neighborhood.
